What this service is

Termslane is software: worksheets that work the terms of a lease, a partnership or a services agreement from the figures you enter, and a paid plan that keeps those agreements, generates the document from the worked terms and exports it. It is not legal advice, it does not review your agreement and it does not tell you what the law in your state requires; a document generated here is your own document, to sign or to take to a lawyer as you choose.

How we are paid

Termslane Pro is a monthly subscription sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd at the price shown on the pricing page, billed monthly by Stripe and cancellable from your account page at any time. You pay us and we are the vendor; nobody else is party to the payment.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Termslane charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Termslane never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index is the list of free worksheets on this site with the worked example each one starts from. Every figure on it is computed from that example's inputs by the method stated on the worksheet; none is a rate, a rule or a benchmark.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from what you enter, by the arithmetic stated beside each result, and we keep that arithmetic correct. We make no warranty that a document generated from them is fit for a purpose in a particular state or a particular dispute; that judgement is yours or your lawyer's.
