Should you buy a document library or a lawyer instead?
If the agreement is a first-of-its-kind deal, a dispute is already in the air, or the state's rules for it are strict (a residential lease in a rent-controlled city, a franchise, anything with securities in it), pay a lawyer and do not look back. If you sign the same kinds of agreement several times a year and the hard part is the figures inside them, Termslane is built for that.
