The median is unchanged since 26 September 2026 (was 1.50 percent across 6).

Every figure, with its source
One row per source: the figure the source's own page publishes, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

Methodology
Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).
6 of the 22 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 16 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 2 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.
The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in % (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 6 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.
The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per published vendor agreement, read from the vendor's own legal page: the liability cap and how it is expressed (a multiple of fees paid in the preceding 12 months is the form to test), the carve-outs above the cap, the term and auto-renewal notice, any uptime commitment and its remedy, the data-processing addendum, the governing law and forum, and the unilateral-change clause.
The derivation is the DISTRIBUTION across vendors - what share cap at 12 months' fees, what share publish an uptime figure at all, the median renewal notice - which is what a small business has no way to know when it is handed one of these and asked to sign.
Nobody publishes it: the clause commentary is written from practice, not from a measured corpus of published agreements, and every vendor publishes only its own.
6 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
