Termslane is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the agreement, counterparty and document records you choose to store. The free worksheets compute in your browser and send nothing anywhere: we do not receive the figures typed into them unless they are saved to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lawyers, law firms, document libraries, lead buyers or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; we never see them. We are the vendor: the only company in this transaction is Ellul Solutions Ltd.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@termslane.com. We respond within one month.
